A:AnswerYes, during the 30 day trial period you have 30 days to download a video after it has been saved to the cloud before it is deleted from the cloud. After the 30 day trial expires you will then have 3 days (72 hours) to download a saved video to your phone before it is deleted from your 3 day rolling cloud.
A:AnswerIn short, NO. The video images are stored on the Remo server but you can only view via the phone App. You can not access and view the video files via the PC or the Remo server. Once you delete the videos via the phone App, they are also deleted from the Remo server.
I hope a future version provided server access and viewing capabilities.
A:AnswerAutomatic recording happens only when motion is detected, for 12 seconds.
You can also watch live video. Live video you watch is also recorded, but only for about 15 to 20 seconds. After which the video terminates automatically.
A:AnswerI suggest that you send it to yourself by way of/through your personal email. (I do stuff like that all the time.) Then open the email on your computer; download/save the video, then copy it to a flash drive (if necessary), and you’re in business. I hope this helps you out.
A:AnswerIt's free to hold the videos for 3 days. You could pay about $3/ month to hold them longer. You could possibly get around this by emailing or texting the videos to yourself.
