I would not get it but installed at best buy . First installer I went to could not get a remote start to work . Than I had to call another location there installer installed it got it to work . Car is throwing engine codes for the remote start he said he fixed it next day the car was throwing engine codes . The remote start was not working correctly either . Did not turn off car did not respond half the time . Tell it to turn on would not tried using the app same problem. Than the alarm started draining my battery It’s not the alarm itself was bad install. I have a compustar alarm in my other car works amazing love it . Amazing alarm and I did not get it installed at bestbuy . To get hold of someone is a mission. Finally get hold of someone because I was worried about being stranded on the road because was draining my battery . Got hold someone had to make an appointment the day before wanted me to wait. Week to repair my car . But didn’t notice at first it was draining my battery . Transferred me to there installers super rude would not want to help me out at all get me in sooner very rude had to ask for a supervisor over 5 times guy would not want to get a supervisor on the phone . Supervisor told me he would call me to see if he could get me in earlier never called . Had to call again was able to get in earlier at another store . I’m taking everything they installed out of my car . Garbage install will never let bestbuy touch my csr again pains a little over 700 for the alarm and install . Total garbage . If you like the alarm find a compustar dealer would not recommend bestbuy
