Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably because the drain tray is over flowing where you fill your glass. Lift up rippled plastic tray and check if there is water underneath. Dry it out with a hand towel and all is better! :-)

It may be separated or have a small hole. Either way it is pretty easy to replace. Check on line for YouTube videos and parts are not very expensive.
