Hi there – We’re sorry to hear of the trouble with water flow. Please try the following test with your water dispenser: Dispense water into a large measuring cup for 20 seconds. If there’s less than 8 ounces of water, repeat this step with the bypass plug in place of the filter. If there’s still less than 8 ounces of water, your water flow may be inadequate. If the supply tubing and saddle-valve are okay, you’ll need to check with a plumber or your water company to correct this. For additional assistance, please reach out to us on social media.
