Q: QuestionI purchased this product. However, I do not have a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my home. Is there an adapter I can purchase to convert it to fit a normal home outlet? The level 1 charger was too slow.

• A:Answer Hello, The serial number will be on the handle side of the charger. As for the grounding error, this simply means that the wall plug that it is being connected to is "poor". We would recommend using another port if at all possible.

Q: QuestionWill this charger work for level 1 charging on a Toyota 4xse? Also is the locking assembly that keeps the connector attached to the vehicle socket an incredibly thin cheap piece of plastic designed to fail so you have to replace the entire assembly?
