“I have the 1080p Rexxing in my truck, and the rear camera is only 720x480 resolution and the image is also mirror reversed. Are both the front and rear cameras on this unit 4k, and is the rear camera video the correct orientation (non-mirrored)?”

Adjust resolution from screen menu. With record off, press menu button twice to enter settings. There is a small switch on the rear camera. It can be used to switch mirror mode on or off.
