• Yes the Rexing V2 that I purchased did come with a suction cup mount. It stays on my windshield really well.

• It has both a suction mount and an adhesive one, which is removable, but hard to remove. So, if you are planning to constantly detach your dashcam, it's best to go with the suction one, it works great. If you are interested, I posted a detailed review.
