Q: Questionso does it need the usb mini or the type c hardwire kit. i currently own 3 rexing cams that use the type c hardwire kit that dont have wifi options. if i use the already installed kit on this one then i wouldnt have to worry buying or rewiring anything

• A:Answer Hello! In order for the Lane Departure Warning to work you would need to set the red horizontal line to match the front edge of the hood of your vehicle. To install the rear camera, you can simply run the cables and install in the back of your vehicle. We can created videos on the installation process that you can find in our YouTube channel!

• A:Answer Hello! In order for Parking Mode to work it requires a hardwire kit. Using a always-on cigarette socket will power on your dashcam but if left for long enough it will eventually drain your vehicle's battery.
