QuestionWhat is the pin connector for on the right side of the screen? Looks like a rear camera connection.

- Answer Yes on the same end of the camera were the many USB connector is there is a socket to plug in the 3rd camera. So in addition to the in cabin camera that's part of the unit one could add a rear mounted camera or side mounted or whatever.

- Answer Check your placement. It is possible that you have mounted your camera too low. I have a Ford Taurus (not quite a jeep) and place the camera just below and to the left of my rearview mirror. I can see the entire cabin and the road.

- Answer Yes this Rexing has twin cameras. One towards the front and one towards the back which captures the entire cabin. As far as reading license plates the answer is absolutely! This is one of if not the best dashcam available. Captures beautiful videos and has GPS to show your current speed. Trust me, you’ll be glad you bought it!
