I drive a dodge charger (scat pack) and had it installed with the bestbuy geek service and from the best of my knowledge, they did not use extra cabling in installing the rear camera.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ran it in my jeep to the off center of my back windshield left enough to open the gate and still had to feet of cable. You should not have problems with a Honda pilot. I will also say I ran mine around the headliner NOT the carpet trim
