• A:Answer Yes, the V5 interior camera uses infrared for this issue. You can set this function to turn on as needed (auto), or you can set the interior camera to use infrared at all times so that you don't miss any footage due to low light if the infrared hasn't triggered on auto yet. For me, the infrared works great for low light and I have no issues with it.

Q: QuestionWhat does it take to get this to operate properly. The hard wire kit does not keep the camera on as needed for parking guard. Even to retain settings. The WIFI app is useless also. The main unit would not power up using the included USB to a PC.

• A:Answer It does record 3 cameras simultaneously. However once I installed the intelligent parking kit, I have noticed it will only record the cabin and the front, the back camera fails to come online and if it does, only for a few moments and it goes off even after updating the firmware.

• A:Answer I’m having the same issue with mine. From what I can tell, there are two versions of the firmware available and the issue with the GPS not recording speed properly is an issue with the new version (T50-1080P-20220513-V1.0) I have arranged for a replacement from Rexing and will update my review if that solves the problem but I’m pretty convinced that this is an issue with this firmware. Hopefully, Rexing will release new firmware that solves this issue and adds the features that are missing from the new menu system.
