They hold 12oz, if filled to the brim.

If you fill to the very very top, I got 10oz. I feel the other red pinot noir glasses to be better since they hold 24oz filled to the top. Cheers.

It shouldn't matter, you are only suppose to put 4-6 ounces in it to allow the wine to open up.
