“When I plug my headphones into my xboxone paddle my team can't hear me, i went to my setting and tried to fix it on there but nothing helped. do I need an audio connector for my paddle? The box did not say anything about that.”

Hi Mooch, Without knowing what type of Xbox One paddle you are using, it's difficult to answer that on this forum. All RIG wired headsets have a standard 3.5mm, 4-pin plug that is compatible with all controllers from Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and single-jack PCs. Depending on the age of the paddle, it may be set up for 3-pin audio. This may be obvious, but did you try it on another device like a PC or regular console controller to see if the mic audio is working?
