Q: QuestionWhen I plug my headphones into my xboxone paddle my team can't hear me, i went to my setting and tried to fix it on there but nothing helped. do I need an audio connector for my paddle? The box did not say anything about that.

• A:Answer Hi Mooch, Without knowing what type of Xbox One paddle you are using, it's difficult to answer that on this forum. All RIG wired headsets have a standard 3.5mm, 4-pin plug that is compatible with all controllers from Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and single-jack PCs. Depending on the age of the paddle, it may be set up for 3-pin audio. This may be obvious, but did you try it on another device like a PC or regular console controller to see if the mic audio is working? Did you make sure the in-line mute switch on the headset was set to OFF? There is also a RIG wired headset setup video for Xbox One available the RIG Gaming channel on YouTube that may be helpful.
