The RIG 500 PRO Series does not have mic monitoring. For PC gaming, you can enable side tone under Sound settings>Recording devices>Listen>Listen to this device on your computer. For console gaming, you can check your console audio settings and see if you can enable mic monitoring from your console settings. But you can adjust mic monitoring when using the RIG 500 PRO EX via the XBox console setup menu. See the "RIG Wired Headset Setup for XBox One" video on the RIG Gaming channel on YouTube. You will see this feature shown at the 1 minute mark into the video. Hope that helps...
