Hi Kambebb, With more info, we hope to solve your issue. Was there no audio? DId you try adjusting the RIG audio dial volume? (fully rotate clockwise for max volume), Did you have the correct sleeve on the audio dial? This headset comes with XBox sleeve pre-installed. You need to swap out for the included PS4 sleeve if plugging into that controller. Or no sleeve if using on a PC with single port for both mic/speaker.
