Hi Natalia, If you just need a new microphone (not sure if that little wire you are referring to is part of the mic), and if you are under warranty, you can contact RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected] for a replacement. Please have your proof of purchase for the claim. If it is not under warranty, replacment microphones for RIG 500 PRO series headset are available online. Just search for "RIG 500 PRO Series Replacement Microphone by RIG" and you should be able to find official replacement parts. Thanks for your continued support of RIG Gaming...
