Hi Natalia, If you just need a new microphone (not sure if that little wire you are referring to is part of the mic), and if you are under warranty, you can contact RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected] for a replacement. Please have your proof of purchase for the claim. If it is not under warranty, replacment microphones for RIG 500 PRO series headset are available online.
