Hi! I had it not work once, but haven't had a problem going from different remotes. I hard started my Xbox and it was all good. Try that when moving to a different remote. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may need to update your wireless controllers by going under settings and plugging them in one at a time by USB to the Xbox One. This may fix your problems by updating the firmware on the controllers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem and the controller was broken since I returned it and got a new one and it worked. You might check to see if the headsets are assigned to the kids and you can unassign the controllers.
