Hi Bobby, A few things you can try. First off, check out the RIG Wired Headset Setup Video for XBox on the RIG Gaming channel on YouTube. Next, try plugging in your RIG 500 PRO HX headset into another audio source like a tablet, PC or other standard 3.5mm audio source to see if the headset works fine on those devices (if it does, then it's likely your console audio settings). Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes if you unplug your headset, turn off your controller, and plug your headset back in, then turn your controller back on, it will fix the problem. Not sure why, but it works for me.
