Hi Mason, Are you using the Dolby Atmos surround sound - code was included in the box? Check out the RIG Wired Headset Setup for XBOX video on the RIG Gaming Channel on YouTube for information on how to make sure you turn on Dolby Atmos in your console audio settings. It could also be that the RIG 500 PRO headset isn't making good connection with your controller. If you are gaming on XBox, you should be using the RIG audio dial plug sleeve that came pre-installed on the headset. If gaming on PS4/PS5, then the RIG audio dial plug sleeve was included separately in the box and you would need to switch from the sleeve that came preinstalled. And make sure the audio cable is fully inserted into the earcup and fully inserted into your controller.
