“I just opened them set up everything and hear nothing what’s wrong with them why is it so complicated to use some headphones they are set up properly and plugged and I don’t hear anything”

Hi Bamsman, Hopefully that customer's recommendation on the RIG audio dial volume adjustment took care of your issue. Also, the RIG 500 PRO HX comes with the XBox sleeve pre-installed. If you are gaming on XBox, you are all set. If you are gaming on a PS4, you will need to switch to the PS4 sleeve, included in the box with the RIG 500 PRO HX, to plug in properly to a PS4 controller. If using on a PC with a single port for speaker/microphone, then remove the sleeves all together. If you need additional assistance, you can reach RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected]. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The jack the plugs into the controller is actually a knob. Turn the silver piece all the way to the right. There will be a slight click. That is the volume knob. Adjust it as needed.
