Why does my new RIG 500’s only play out of my right ear? null

Hi seren, Please check out our RIG Wired Headset Setup video for XBox on YouTube on the RIG Gaming channel. Make sure the audio cable is fully inserted on the headset end. On the controller end with the RIG audio dial, the RIG 500 PRO HX comes with the XBox controller sleeve pre-installed. If you are gaming on PS4/PS5, switch it out for the PS sleeve that was included in the box. Make sure that sleeve is fully seated and pushed in all the way into the controller 3.5mm audio port.
