Hi Frankey86, It sounds like your RIG 500 PRO headset isn't making good connection with your controller. Are you gaming on XBOX? If so, you should be using the RIG audio dial plug sleeve that came pre-installed on the headset. If gaming on PS4/PS5, then the RIG audio dial plug sleeve was included separately in the box and you would need to switch from the sleeve that came preinstalled. And make sure the audio cable is fully inserted into the earcup and fully inserted into your controller.
