Hi RIG500isbest, There are a few things you can try. First, make sure the cable is plugged all the way into the headset and the controller, and make sure you are using the proper controller sleeve. RIG 500 PRO HX ships with the RIG audio dial XBox sleeve in place, PS4/PS5 sleeve is in the box. Try a different 3.5mm 4-pole audio cable (3 black rings around plug tips) to see if a different audio cable solves the issue. Next, check your audio settings in the console. Next, plug into another device like a tablet or PC with standard 3.5mm audio port to see if you have the same issues. If you don't, then likely it is a controller issue. If you do, then contact our Customer Support via email at [email protected] for warranty support. The RIG 500 PRO HX has a 1 year warranty covering manufacturer defects.
