Hello Jake23, We apologize for the issue you are having. First let's make sure the correct RIG audio dial sleeve is attached PS4 controller. If your audio dial sleeves are not labeled XB and PS, then you can distinguish the PS4 sleeve by the curved part being at the top along with the tab that aligns with the notch on the audio dial is also at the top. Make sure the headset 3.5mm jack is fully inserted into the PS4 controller. Make the other side of the wire on the headset itself is also fully inserted as well. Unplug headset from the controller and plug it back it. You should hear a soft “click” which will tell you the jack is firmly in place. If this does not solve the issue, then please contact RIG Customer support via email at [email protected] or via phone at 1-833-622-6687. Thank you... RIG Gaming
