i have the Bluetooth rig 750 but they just randomly stop working so i have had to go back to my old wired rig 500 i am a very big gamer and i have never had this happen to me before all i did was pull the cord out out of my remote and it just broke thats it thats all i did i have not been ale to find a replacement cable anywhere

Please try again later.You are able to use a Astro a10 cord as a replacement with party chat but it will only work if you push it all the way in and then pull one notch back out if that makes sense for party chat to work. If you push it all the way in you will be able to hear but party chat won't work unless you pull back one click. I personally put a small o-ring as a spacer so I don't push it in to far. This does work because my rig 500 cord broke also. You can get a astro a10 cord online for less than 10 dollars. Hope this helps others !!!
