Hi Guy, Check out the Support page on RIGGAMING.com for our RIG wired headset setup videos for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Some useful info to make sure your audio settings are set to the microphone on the headset. Make sure the microphone is plugged in all the way for a proper connection. And make sure, on the console controller side, you have the proper RIG audio dial plug sleeve in place. This product comes with the Xbox sleeve tip. You may want to try without the sleeve to see if you get full connection on your controller to engage the microphone.
