Hello ZyeNoCap, It sounds like it might be a RIG audio dial cable issue. Have you tried plugging into another audio source with a 3.5mm audio port to exclude that there could be an issue with the 3.5mm audio port on your controller? Try that first. You will need to remove the controller sleeve - rubber tip - if plugging into something like a PC. If you still have issues and you are under warranty, please contact RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected]. Have your proof of purchase available. If you are not under warranty and need to purchase a replacement audio cable, we have both the RIG 500 PRO Series audio dial cable and the RIG 500 PRO Series PC audio cable (which also works on console controllers) available for purchase.
