Hi Krackenkid, Have you tested with another set of wired headphones to see if it's an audio port issue with your controller? If not, try that first. If your system recognizes another set of headphones, then try plugging the 500 PRO HX back in. Make sure it has the XBox sleeve on the RIG audio dial (XB version is pre-installed out of the box but there is also a PS4/PS5 sleeve included in the box). Also make sure your audio cable is pushed all the way in on the earcup end of the cable. Please see the RIG Wired Headset Setup for XBox video on the RIG Gaming Channel on YouTube. That will show you how to select Dolby Atmos. If the headset is connecteed and you have audio, the console should recognize it for Dolby Atmos setup.
