First make sure you are using the correct RIG audio dial sleeve so that the plug will fully seat into the controller. The plug sleeve pre-installed on the RIG 500 PRO HX is the Xbox sleeve. Newer versions have "XB" on that rubber sleeve tip. The PS4, PS5 version sleeve was included in the box. Newer versions marked with "PS". Also make sure the audio cable is fully inserted on the headset side too. If this doesn't help and you still need a new audio cable, it can be replaced. If under warranty, contact RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected]. If not under 1-year warranty, official RIG Gaming replacement parts are available online. Thanks.
