Hi Hossman, As long as you are using the correct audio dial rubber sleeve on the tip, there is one for PS4/PS5 and one for Xbox included with RIG 500 Pro HX, then it should fit perfectly fine. In fact, this headset has been tested with that particular controller. If you still have issues after checking on the audio dial sleeve tip, please contact RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected].
