“We have the rig 500 pro. We cannot get the mic to work. We can hear but cannot talk, any suggestions?”

• If you installed the Dolby atmos app and checked audio setting to insure mic turned on then may want try exchange them i have had issues with mine and when does work have to yell into it. I gave up ordering better set :( good luck.
