We have the rig 500 pro. We cannot get the mic to work. We can hear but cannot talk, any suggestions? null

If you installed the Dolby atmos app and checked audio setting to insure mic turned on then may want try exchange them i have had issues with mine and when does work have to yell into it. I gave up ordering better set :( good luck.
