Base station or directly into XBox? Try both and see if they still disconnect. May be bad or there is signal interference in the same area possibliy.

Please try again later.I have on occasion had to unplug the blue tooth from the USB on the Xbox one and then replug, but this usually only happens right when I start up the system and not very often. I am sitting closer to mine than you so not sure if that is why mine pretty much stays connected through the games. Have you had any luck asking the headset manufacturer?

Please try again later.Hi Phantom1111, First thing to check is if your WiFi router has moved close to the wireless adapter (whether that adapter is plugged into the multi-function base station or directly into your console. The RIG 800 PRO operates at 2.4GHz wireless - so do many WiFi routers, and the router can interfere with the headset audio. Two ways to resolve this - simply create more space between the headset wireless adapter and your WiFi router. Or if your router has dual 2.4/5GHz, set it to 5GHz wireless only instead of both so that they are operating on different frequencies.
