“Looking for assistance with my Rig headset. It worked fine for the 1st month. The headset says it’s connected, but no sound. Output on the PS5 does not recognize the headset as an output that could be chosen.”

Hi Jay, We apologize you are having issues with your RIG 800 PRO HX. Quick Tip: Make sure the wireless transmitter switch is set to "PC". When the switch is in the controller symbol position, that is only for Xbox. "PC" is for everything else.
