Hi BusyBee, Great question. Ring Alarm is currently available for use in the US, excluding American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is not possible to use professional monitoring for Ring Alarm in the excluded territories. Ring wants to create the best experience possible for its neighbors and recommends waiting until professional monitoring is available in your area.
