Hi Tom, You'll need to first confirm that that all of your wires are properly plugged in and that you've connected the Chime to your device/Ring App. You'll also want to examine the Chime unit. Is the logo on the front glowing a soft blue? That means the unit is receiving power. Please review the following article for tips: https://bit.ly/2yeS0VH. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will need to re-set up by resetting the Chimes to Factory Settings then ensuring to ADD them to your RING account via the APP. After you should be able to enjoy the chimes. They need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi Network as your Ring Doorbell!!
