QuestionI would like to know how the WIRED floodlight works in inclement weather. I live where it can get to 30 below zero and I saw that it only works down to 5 below zero. Is this for only the battery-powered devices or is this also with the hard wired?

- Answer Do you mean Google/Apple/Amazon systems? If so, Ring works best with Alexa/Amazon since they are owned by same company and seamlessly work together. Google and Apple have new updates to work with Ring but just imagine if you'd rather buy parent child company, or third party child company? I personally went with Alexa and Eufy (which makes Alexa 3rd party doh!). But good luck!

QuestionThanks for answering my previous question but I forgot to ask if this offers continuous live view ? ( Google Nest does ) When I look at my Ring Doorbell it will show the live current view only for a brief moment. Thanks

- Answer Hi Scott. Thanks for asking. No, the Ring Floodlight Cam Plus Wired does not offer a continuous live view. You can request a live view at any time, but it will time out after about ten minutes. You can also customize the motion detection settings so that you are alerted whenever motion is detected within the zones you specified. Visit our support center for additional information. - Answer In your ring app go to your dashboard setting...in the top corner of your flood light display click on the settings button...check your settings turn off the light settings or click the motion settings and change it there
