Do you have constant power to the install location?
2. Are their structures or anything else blocking "line of sight" between your mount point and the nearest Wifi access point?
3. Is there a way to put a repeater or bridge or wifi amplifier between the mount point and the nearest Wifi access point?
This unit needs strong consistent wifi to work correctly for the camera functions. The lights don't care and will operate without WiFi, but the camera will not.
If you can't get the camera within 100 feet clear line of sight from a WiFi access point, you aren't likely to be happy with it. If you have power to the mount location, consider using a Powerline Adapter to send your network signal to a closer location, then add a WiFi point near the light. Depending on all of those things, it may work.
