- Answer Two different locations require two entirely different accounts and wi-fi systems. Of course you MIGHT also have to have the legal approval of a nursing home to have a camera at their location. That's for an attorney to check on.

- Answer Yes...so long as each computer has a/ the Ring Account set up, and you are signed on either as the owner or guest. To log onto each account, Ring will require a 2-step authentication., by sending you a six digit code to your cell phone.

- Answer You may or may not be able to split the screen. But what you can and should do, is give each camera a specific name, when you set them up. Thus, for example, you say to Alexa, "Alexa, show me the Kid's room." Then the echo show will show that camera live. If you want to see another camera, you say, "Alexa stop." Then say "Alexa show me the X camera, etc.

QuestionIf I loose power/WiFi temporarily will I get an alert? Will my camera still be on away mode when power/WiFi is restored? Is there some way I can tell if I lost power/WiFi while in away mode.

- Answer Yes. It comes back on with power. If you are concerned about power loss, you can purchase the model with inside rechargeable battery.

- Answer Hello Nightvision, Great question! The Indoor Cam uses infrared motion capturing to detect motion within its field of view. You can use the Ring app to determine the camera’s motion detection range and the specific zones where motion will trigger a smart alert. There is a visible IR light that appears when the device captures motion in low light conditions. A few things to keep in mind about IR and our Ring devices: 1. Make sure the Indoor Cam’s infrared light is toggled on in the Ring app. The infrared light control is in your Ring app under Video Settings. 2. If your camera is facing a window, the infrared light can be turned off. If the field of view for your camera is not well-lit, this could be cause for spotty detection at night. 3. Enable color night vision in your Ring app to help improve clarity at night.
