Without a subscription to a Ring Home Plan, you will still receive real-time alerts to your mobile device and have access to the Live View feature. The Ring Home Basic Plan includes video recording for one Ring doorbell or home camera. The cost of the Ring Home Basic Plan is $4.99/month or $49.99/year The Ring Home Standard Plan includes Ring's premium video and notification features for all your Ring doorbells and home cameras at one location. This plan also includes all the benefits of Ring Home Basic Plan and costs $10/month or $100/year. Ring Home Premium is Ring's most advanced subscription to cover your Ring home devices at one location. Usually when it's mounted on the ceiling, you may find that Live View and videos are upside-down or inverted. To fix this, simply adjust your camera's video orientation in the Ring app. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard. Tap more (•••) on the camera you want to access. Tap your device's Settings. Tap Device Settings. Tap Video Settings. Tap Rotate Video to toggle video orientation. If any additional information is needed regarding your question, please reach out to our community.
