Hello Yeojldl, We can understand the importance of the video displaying correctly. During the day, the videos should be viewed in color and not in Night Vision mode. Please know that we are here to ensure that we can get the doorbell to respond correctly to the environment. A great first step is to check the power supply. If you have sufficient power, your Ring Video Doorbell Pro may need a hard reset. To complete the reset, please hold the setup button (located under the faceplate on the right side) down for 15 consecutive seconds and then release. The doorbell will take about one minute to complete the reset. Please allow a couple of minutes and then attempt a brand-new set up within the Ring app. Once the new setup is complete, please test the doorbell for improvement.
