These refurbished ring pros are perfect. They come in the box like new ones with all the stuff a new one comes with. Amazon had a lot of bad reviews on their refurbished ring pros and Best Buy didn’t. After some research the selling company does their refurbishing or contracts it out. Geek squad wins again I guess. I have 2 and replaced my old doorbell transformer with a 24v 40VA transformer and they work perfect. They haven’t went offline once. I have spectrum internet with no WiFi extender. The picture and videos is great. Peace of mind that you can see what’s going on whether your in the basement or not at home at all!

I wasn’t keen on having to have an electrician drill a hole into the moulding of my door. It works, but I don’t like that the set up is all or nothing if someone is passing by.

Unit was not a factory refurbished unit it was a return. Found old doorbell and used screws in box.

Very easy to install. Great quality image, Inlikebthte fact that it doesn’t use batteries ad it can be a hassle to maintain and sometimes costly.

I decided to give a try to a refurbished Ring Doorbell Pro rather than paying the higher "new" price. I'll admit, I was skeptical, but because it had a year warranty, I figured I'd give it a try. I must say, upon opening the box, I wondered if I was sent a new one instead. I certainly couldn't tell the difference! Set up was easy, after a couple of hiccups that were through no fault of the Ring product. I think the instructions could have been just a bit clearer, but maybe it was my interpretation. Bottom line, it works well and the picture is excellent. The audio seems a bit delayed, though. But I've only used it once to talk to someone at my door. I'll give it more talk opportunities and see if that first time was just a fluke. I'm considering getting a Ring camera for my back door now and I'll definitely look at a refurbished.

This doorbell is actually pretty neat and you can change so many settings to your liking to get things the way you want it. I love this things, although I am debating switching to Nest doorbell because everything else in my home is Google-based. However, not complaints and really neat for the money! Great for package security too!!

Ring doorbell camera is great For the price you can't go wrong Although is a few year old it is still top of the line at the time. I like the ring product . Only problem is that i have to pay for the monthly fee for the service:(

This doorbell is very easy to use and set up. The picture is good and it’s nice to be able to look at it during the day when we are not home.

Great quality product, highly recommended the Ring devices. I do wish the face plates were made from a sturdy metal, other than that, they are awesome.

This was in perfect shape with all brand new parts and packaging, so first class refurbishing! (Couldn't tell the difference with new.) This comes with 4 different color shells to match your house, special wire sets in case you have a strange connection requirement, screwdriver, and even a masonry drill bit in case your house is not wood (like mine). The video quality is great, and I was surprised at how sensitive the microphone is. (We saw and heard a fox walking by the first night.) The app is pretty powerful. The only con is the monthly subscription if you want all the features.

Purchased this new model for my new home. Works great, easy to use, clear, fits well w/ my other Ring products.

The product does work as designed and I'm glad a wired option is available so I don't have to deal with batteries and recharging. The amount of alarms/bells going off when there is motion is way too much. Best thing to do is set it to an alert only when someone rings your doorbell or else you will go nutz!!

This product is very consumer friendly to install and looks awesome on my home.

Alright doorbell does it job, first month you get too view motion detection after that you have to pay for a monthly subscription, if u dont get the subscription you can only view live view .not really a big fan of it .

It gets the job done and makes me feel safe and secure during the day and while I’m sleeping. The only annoyance is that it’ll lag from time to time… that could be the internet connection. I’m very happy with my purchase and I adore the changeable face plates

Very happy to get this stuff. I nedd to readjust the sensors because it is sensitive to any thing moving, and my phone has been chiming restlessly. Overall, great product and I need to get the floodlight for the patio.

I purchased this device to replace a Ring 2 that would not function with a existing doorbell. The Ring Pro works an existing doorbell and with the items included with the Ring Pro it does not have to be recharged constantly as the Ring 2 does.

We had been thinking about a Ring doorbell for awhile. After having some incidents in our neighborhood, we decided it was time. The set up was easy. The ongoing plans reasonable. The apps and management / monitoring easy and helpful. We now have pease of mind. The 1080 camera gives great video and picture.
