I have mine set for dusk to dawn... when it comes on it stays on all night.

Yes, you are able to manually toggle on the Ring Smart Floodlight within the Ring app. Light Schedules are also a feature in your Ring App that allow you to have control over the timeframe of your Ring Smart Lighting schedules. With Light Schedules, you can set separate schedules such as morning and night or utilize the built-in Dusk to Dawn to have your lights illuminated at a low lumen level at daybreak and sunset.
