Hi Cal. Thanks for asking. The Ring Alarm Pro offers features such as 24/7 backup internet and an internal backup battery inside the base station that can provide backup power. When using the internal battery, you may have limited access to alarm features. A compatible Ring Protect subscription is required (sold separately).
