Hello Snoopy, Good question! The Ring Spotlight Camera's siren is toggled on manually through the Ring Application. There are two ways to initiate the siren. One is through the device's main dashboard by clicking "siren". The other is while viewing a live video, you may click the siren icon to start the 110-decibel alarm.
