    • Answer No you do not have to have a ring service however they will not save the video for you unless you have ring service. I personally use it to check up on my animals and make sure no one‘s broken into the house. It does ring me whenever there’s movement without a contract

  • QuestionI have a ring camera installed on my driveway any every time it senses motion it starts to scream and does stop . I've reset the wifi and turn off the power but nothing I do seams to stop it. What I'd l Iike to know is it the camera. Please let me know.

    • Answer They have an alarm function, select the offending camera. On the bottom of the screen there are two icons one of them is siren. You can select to turn it off.
