All of the Ring doorbells should feature 2-way communication, meaning that you can talk to whoever is at the door and you can hear whoever is at the door.

I have the Doorbell 2 and it has two way voice. Not elite or pro.

The Ring 2 is also equipped with two way voice. Just as long as you have a good internet connection.
