“I installed Ring video doorbell 2 but date is wrong on video display. Ring help does not know how to fix it . It has been issue of Ring since Dec. 17. Other than that it works great with my wifi.”

• Did you try to reset and start over? Mine works on three devices.

• I'm thinking a hard reset and completely setting up the ring doorbell again... Mine updated on its own after that.
