Yes, In freezing temperatures expect to get about a 2 week battery life per charge.

Literature that is available usually indicate that cold weather (what ever temperature that may be) affects battery life & performance to some degree. I have had the Ring 2 placed in 3 different locations & the battery seems to be performing well (temp around 45 to 60 F). This only the first winter I have had therefore I can not compare lifespan in the winter time until after this coming summer. I am very pleased however with the batteries.
