Is the ring waterproof/resistant? null

The product data says it is and ours that are not on porches but on garages or side of house are out in the open and in the rain when raining. So far we have not had any problems even though they have been rained on.

It is stated to be waterproof and one of ours has been where it gets rained on and so far no ill effects.

I installed my Battery operated Ring device next to the Front Door of my house. It has been operating for about one month. It has been thru a number of heavy rains and high winds during this period. So far it has operated perfectly.
